Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Ensure the product is in its original condition with all tags attached, and pack it securely in its original protective bag or a similar sturdy box.

Print and Attach Label

Download the prepaid shipping label provided via email, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand over your package to the designated courier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
